Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using any service on 25taka. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 25taka ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services available at 25taka.onl. 3. Account Registration & Verification

Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal rights, or account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on 25taka are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved local payment methods.
Funding Your Account
Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawing Your Winnings
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 25taka aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts; however, processing times may vary and 25taka does not guarantee any specific completion time. Withdrawals are subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements being met in full before funds are released.
Prohibited Payment Conduct
- Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
- Chargebacks, payment reversals, and disputed transactions initiated without prior contact with 25taka support will result in immediate account suspension.
- 25taka reserves the right to perform additional checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing timeframe.
- Currency conversion outside of BDT is not supported. All balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
25taka offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
How Bonus Wagering Works
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds remain non-withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; any unused bonus balance will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
Prohibited Bonus Activity
25taka actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players to cycle bonus funds, and using automated tools or software to interact with the platform. Where bonus abuse is detected, 25taka reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account in question.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on 25taka are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each product before participating. Ignorance of the applicable rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or reversal of a settled bet.
When a Bet Becomes Valid
A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 25taka platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during a system outage, disconnection, or technical error may be voided at 25taka's discretion. 25taka reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict markets, or decline any bet without prior notice or explanation.
Incorrectly Priced Markets
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were the result of a manifest error (including but not limited to obvious pricing mistakes, technical feed errors, or human input errors), 25taka reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the market has been settled. The determination of what constitutes a manifest error rests solely with 25taka.
Fair Play & Anti-Fraud

Any player found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, match fixing, collusion, use of prohibited software (bots, scripts, automation tools), or any other conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage will have their account permanently closed and all winnings forfeited. 25taka cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected fraud.
